家村佳代子

日本藝術文化基金會總監

建築師、策展人家村佳代子目前是東北未來實驗室專案總監、日本藝術文化基金會總監、女子美術大學藝術設計系兼職講師,也曾任東京當代藝術與國際文化交流機構Tokyo Wonder Site創始時的計畫總監(2001-2012)。她發掘及培養國際新興藝術家,策劃及製作包含視覺藝術、音樂、設計等新的跨領域藝術作品。她曾參與多個跨文化對話與新興創意教學計畫,並和亞洲、中東、歐洲和南美的國際藝術機構一同創作過程導向的藝術作品,而許多這些活動都是藉由藝術家駐村計畫完成的。在東日本大地震之後,她建立了一個名為「東北未來實驗室」的新平台,與在第一線和災區工作的國際藝術家們一起進行一個以文化重建心靈的計畫。這個計畫是由日本文化廳贊助。

Kayoko IEMURA

Director, Japan Arts and Culture Foundation

IEMURA is an architect and a curator. She is currently the Project Director of Future Labo. Tohoku, the Director of Japan Arts and Culture Foundation and a Part-time lecturer at Joshibi University of Art and Design Iemura was the founding program director of Tokyo Wonder Site, Institute of Contemporary Art and International Cultural Exchange, Tokyo (2001-2012). She has been discovering, nurturing international emerging artists, curating and producing new interdisciplinary artworks, including, visual art, music, design etc. She has collaborated many projects of intercultural dialogue, new creative education, creating process-oriented artworks with the international art institutions in Asia, Middle East, Europe, and South America. Many of these activities were based on artists in residency. After Great East Japan Earthquake, she established a new platform Future Labo. Tohoku and is trying to do a project that aims for the recovery of minds through culture with the international artists who are working in the front line and local communities. It is supported by the Agency for Cultural Affairs.

安德烈‧尼古拉‧潘明川

菲律賓馬尼拉藝穗節創辦人及藝術節總監

安德烈‧尼古拉‧潘明川是一位導演兼製作人。他在馬尼拉、紐澤西和紐約市的非營利劇院、藝術節、文化單位及藝術相關領域擔任多種不同的製作工作。潘明川也是馬尼拉藝穗節公司的創辦人及藝術節總監,該公司是專門辦理藝穗節的非營利組織機構,2015年2月該藝術節以其多樣化和國際化的特色正式營運。安德烈同時也是馬卡蒂市的新興創意藝術空間/畫廊「鳳梨實驗室」的創意總監。2015年他在紐約布魯克林完成了紐約藝術基金會移民藝術家指導計畫中的執導和製作項目。

2013年他在菲律賓以搖滾音樂劇「最後-新歡」獲得百老匯世界獎最佳導演獎提名。由安德烈擔任編劇之一,該劇在菲律賓教育劇場協會舉院登台,囊括了最佳菲律賓音樂劇、最佳編曲人、最佳音樂等獎項入圍。該劇在慶祝2010年到2014年菲國原創音樂劇的音樂會MUSIKAL!中於菲律賓文化中心隆重上演。2017年1月該劇將會再度公演。

安德烈曾與菲律賓文化中心、國家文化藝術委員會、阿亞拉博物館-聖百尼德學院合作或協助策畫多場展演。他的非營利劇場工作經驗包括:馬尼拉藝穗節現任總監、紐澤西雷德班克雙河劇院活動專員(2011/2012)、紐澤西ReVision劇院藝術行政助理(2012夏季)、紐約國際藝穗節場地監督(2012、2013)。他也曾在紐約音樂劇場藝術季、聯合獨角戲藝術節和澳洲阿德萊德藝穗節Honey Pot活動中工作(2013、2016)。

Andrei Nikolai PAMINTUAN

Founder and Art Director, Fringe Manila Festival

Andrei Nikolai PAMINTUAN is a director and producer. He has divided his time between Manila (Philippines), New Jersey, and New York City where he took on various production roles in nonprofit theater, festivals, cultural organizations and other art related fields. PAMINTUAN is the Festival Director and founder of The Manila Fringe Festival, Inc., a non-profit organization, which produces Fringe Manila, a multi-genre international art festival that inaugurated in February of 2015. He is currently the Creative Director of the Pineapple Lab, a new creative arts space and gallery in Poblacion, Makati City. He completed a Directing and Producing Program at the New York Foundation for the Arts’ Immigrant Artist Mentoring Program (NYFA-IAP) in Brooklyn, New York (2015). 

In 2013, Andrei was nominated for a BroadwayWorld Award (Philippines) as Best Director for his work in Sa Wakas – A New Pinoy (Filipino) Rock Musical staged at PETA Theater. Sa Wakas, which he also co-wrote, garnered BroadwayWorld Award Nominations for Best Filipino Musical, Best Musical Arrangement and Best Music. It was a featured performance at the Cultural Center of the Philippines’ MUSIKAL!, a concert celebrating original Filipino musicals of the last five years (2010-2014). The musical will be re-staged in January 2017. 

Andrei has collaborated and programmed performances/exhibits at the Cultural Center of the Philippines, The National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA Manila), the Ayala Museum and De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde.

Previous non-profit theater work include: The Manila Fringe Festival (Fringe Manila) where he is the current Festival Director, Company Events Associate at Two River Theater in Red Bank, NJ (2011/2012 Season), Artistic and Administrative Assistant at ReVision Theatre in Asbury Park, NJ (2012 Summer Season), and Venue Director at the New York International Fringe Festival (2012, 2013). He has also work in productions at the New York Musical Theater Festival (NYMF) and the United Solo Festival, in addition to being a participant in Australia for the Adelaide Fringe Festival’s Honey Pot Program in 2013 and 2016.

阿里耶夫‧聿迪‧拉赫曼

印尼加地旺宜藝術工廠創辦人

阿里耶夫‧聿迪‧拉赫曼於1967年出生於印尼加帝旺宜,目前在當地生活與工作。他是一位跨領域藝術家和文化工作者,也是加地旺宜藝術工廠創辦人。他曾參與許多在印尼以及世界各地舉辦的當代藝術活動,1999年他在印尼萬隆創辦了巴拉克畫廊並促成萬隆表演藝術節的舉辦,在2005年他和妻子回到故鄉成立了加地旺宜藝術工廠,以藝術平息當地的衝突;並經營加地旺宜藝術工廠畫廊,邀請藝術家參與社區發展的相關計畫。他的作品曾在2015年日惹雙年展-黑客衝突、2015年雅加達雙年展、2015年印尼新媒體藝術節、加地旺宜磚瓦博物館、2014年雅加達當代陶瓷雙年展、加地旺宜第六屆國際影像駐村藝術節、2014年加地旺宜駐村藝術節、藝術家及文化工作者跨領域行動駐村(加地旺宜-波蘭-德國)和阿姆斯特丹市立博物館等活動中展出。

Arief Yudi RAHMAN

Founder, Jatiwanqi Art Factory

Born in 1967 in Jatiwangi, lives and works in Jatiwangi, Arief Yudi RAHMAN is a cross-disciplinary artist, culture maker and Founder of Jatiwangi art Factory. He participated in many contemporary art events in Indonesia and internationally. He founded Galeri Barak in Bandung in 1999 and initiated Bandung Performance Art Festival. In 2005 he returned back to his hometown to start Jatiwangi Art Factory (JaF) with his wife, to use arts as a tool in resolving conflicts in Jatiwangi. He is now managing JaF Galley and inviting artists to do a participatory art projects as a new way of developing the neighborhood. His works has been selected by the Jogja Biennale 2015 – Hacking Conflict, Jakarta Bienale 2015, OK Video OrdeBaru National Gallery, JatiwangiRooftile Museum, 2014 Jakarta Contemporary Ceramic Bienalle, the 6th International Video Residency Festival Jatiwangi, Jatiwangi Residency Festival 2014, Interdisciplinary Mobile Residencies for Artist and Culture Maker Jatiwangi – Poland – Berlin and Stedelijk Museum Bureau Amsterdam.

雅絲敏‧奧斯騰多夫

綠色藝術實驗室聯盟發起人、創辦人

雅絲敏是位獨立策展人及研究員,擁有超過十年以上的跨國文化領域工作經驗,她在藝術、設計和文化領域中從事研究、策展、教學、交流、推廣以及寫作等活動,藉此積極回饋社會,探討人類共同的社會環境責任。她更積極與歐盟委員會合作進行文化流動性計畫,並在「茱莉的腳踏車」(Julie’s Bicycle)、「韋爾角」(Cape Farewell)等機構致力於綠色藝術的工作。此外,雅絲敏創立了「綠色藝術實驗室聯盟」(GALA),透過35個創意機構形成一個橫跨歐亞的國際網絡,關注社會與環境議題。從2017年開始,雅絲敏將會成為Jac.P. Thijsse實驗室的首席策展人。該實驗室是揚.凡.艾克學院(Jan van Eyck Academie)內一個全新的藝術家溫室,讓他們可以在其中創新、反省及重新想像人與自然世界間的關係。

Yasmine OSTENDORF

Initiator and Founder, Green Art Lab Alliance

Yasmine OSTENDORF is an independent researcher/curator with over ten years of professional work experience in the international cultural field. She researches, curates, teaches, connects, facilitates and writes about art, design and culture that positively contributes to society; i.e work that explores, questions and addresses our social and environmental responsibility. She has extensively worked with the European Commission on cultural mobility programs and on the topic of art and environment having worked for organizations such as Julie’s Bicycle and Cape Farewell. She is the founder of the Green Art Lab Alliance, an international network of 35 creative agencies across Europe and Asia engaging with social and environmental issues. From the beginning of 2017 she will be the inaugural curator at the Jac.P. Thijsse Lab at the Jan van Eyck Academie, a brand new greenhouse for artists that will function as a space for innovation, reflection and re-thinking our relationship with the Natural World.

CHIU Ju-Hua

Secretary General, Institute of Historical Resources Management, Taiwan

As a pioneer in heritage conservation, CHIU founded the Yaoshan Cultural Foundation in 1986, and acted as the executive director for 18 years. She takes credit for the conservation of many heritage and historical buildings, even historical settlements such as Di-hwa Street in Taipei and Hu-ko Old Street in Hsinchu. She challenges the policy and regulations by bringing in new visions and concepts from the international community. She also conducts training courses, workshops, seminars to train conservationists besides the institutional education system.

CHIU has been acting as an advisor to Taipei Mayors since 1996. She also serves on various committees and boards for the central and local governments for planning, implementation and assessment on urban, cultural and educational issues. She has led many researches, enforced various heritage law and urban design regulations as well as organized international symposiums and workshops. 

Triggering several social movements to promote bottom-up community involvement, she is deeply involved in community empowerment programs in Taiwan and many Asian countries.

She founded the Asia West Pacific Network on Urban Conservation (AWPNUC) in 1992, International Field School on Asian Heritage (IFSAH) in 2002 and Asia Heritage Net (AHN) in 2013.

SU Yao-Hua

Adjunct Lecturer, Graduate Institute of Museum Studies, Fu Jen Catholic University

SU, Yao-Hua Ph.D. was the founding director of Treasure Hill Artist Village, the first artist-in-residence center in Taiwan integrating cultural heritage and community life. She has been working in the contemporary arts field for more than 20 years. As Deputy Director of Asia Museum of Modern Art (2012-14), Director of Taipei Artist Village (2004-2012), and Director of Fubon Arts Foundation(1997-2004), she has developed her areas of expertise on public art, theory and practice on reuse of disused space, creative cluster, cultural policy, social enterprise, and socially engaged art. Dr. Su obtained her master from Columbia University, NYC and Ph.D. from National Taiwan Normal University. She is currently an Adjunct Lecturer of Graduate Institute of Museum Studies, Fu Jen Catholic University.

WANG Chao-Mei

WANG graduated from the Graduate Institute of Environmental Education, National Normal University and the School of Museum Studies, University of Leicester. Currently she is the Chief Operating Officer and Project Manager of the Guan-Su Education Foundation. Also she is the supervisor of the Cheng-Long Wetland Detective Agency, which is an environmental learning project for the students of Cheng-Long Elementary School. Her main interests are environmental learning center and museum-related education, research, exhibition, marketing, operating and management. Founder, Bamboo Curtain Studio

Margaret SHIU is the founder of Taiwan’s Bamboo Curtain Studio which just celebrated its 21th anniversary. It is a residency program, and also an international cultural exchange research and facilitation hub. The studio promotes public and private support for international exchange. Margaret’s vision is to promote art and culture as vital components for global understanding, and local sustainability, by sharing, connecting and co-creating new practices. Local Action: Global Connection is the mission for the past 21 years. The studio focuses on serving talents by providing artists with time and space for creative incubation. Margaret serves as a regional representative of TransCulture Exchange in Boston. She also works closely with the Taiwan Ministry of Culture and Taipei city government on cultural policies for support of creative talents.

曲德益

國立臺北藝術大學關渡美術館館長

1952年生,1976年畢業於國立臺灣師範大學美術系,1974年起跟隨著名現代油畫家李仲生學習,1983年、1984年先後獲得法國國立高等設計學院美術設計碩士學位、法國國立高等美術學院造型美術碩士學位。曾任國立臺北藝術大學美術系主任、國際交流中心主任、研發長、電影與新媒體學院院長、動畫學系主任等職務,現任國立臺北藝術大學關渡美術館館長、美術學院教授。

作為臺灣重要的藝術家、教育家和美術館館長,曲德益在臺灣高等藝術教育、現當代藝術推廣及國際交流方面皆產生重要影響。並曾應邀於澳洲國家大學、法國國立高等設計學院、國立高等布爾茲藝術學院、韓國誠信女子大學、國立全南大學、朝鮮大學、日本東京藝術大學、京都造型藝術大學和英國倫敦藝術大學等院校擔任客座教授或訪問學者。

曲德益主攻繪畫,是臺灣抽象藝術的中堅力量。其作品曾多次以個展和聯展的方式在世界各地展出,作品獲得國立臺灣美術館、臺北市立美術館、高雄市立美術館、澳洲白兔美術館、韓國首爾市立美術館、光州市立美術館與私人收藏。

CHU Teh-I

Director, Kuandu Museum of Fine Arts, Taipei National University of the Arts

Born in 1952, CHU graduated from National Taiwan Normal University in 1976, and received diplomas from L’Ecole Nationale Supérieure Des Beaux-Arts De Paris in 1983, and L’Ecole Nationale Supérieure Des Arts-Decoratifs De Paris in 1984. He also studied at the LEE Chun-shan studio since 1974. CHU served as the director of School of Fine Arts, Graduate Institute of Art History Program, International Exchange Center, dean of Office of Research and Development, dean of School of Film and New Media, and director of Department of Animation at the Taipei National University of the Arts. He is currently the director of Kuandu Museum of Fine Arts as well as the professor of the Department of Fine Arts, Taipei National University of the Arts.

As one of the key figures in the art scene, art education and arts administration in Taiwan, CHU’s endeavors have made great influences on higher education and international exchange. He was invited as visiting scholar in Australian National University, L’Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts-Decoratifs de Paris, École Nationale Superieure d’Art de Bourges in France, Sungshin Women’s University, Chonnam National University and Seoul National University in Korea, as well as Tokyo University of the Arts, Kyoto University of Art & Design in Japan and University of the Arts London in UK. CHU has been involved with many public arts projects and the establishment of the Art Bank in Taiwan. He is the committee member of the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts and Taipei Fine Arts Museum. In the meantime, he is the advisor for visual arts section of the Ministry of Culture and the National Culture and Arts Foundation.

CHU is an artist whose practices focus on abstract painting and plays an important role in Taiwan contemporary art scene. He has exhibited internationally both in solo and joint exhibitions. His works are in private and public collection at the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Art, Taipei Fine Arts Museum, Kaohsiung Fine Arts Museum in Taiwan, White Rabbit Gallery in Australia, and Seoul Museum of Art, Gwangju Museum of Art in Korea.

渠岩

許村國際藝術公社發起人

渠岩為當代藝術家,從八十年代開始投身於中國現代美術新思潮運動,宣導獨立自主的藝術精神。是中國大陸「85新潮」美術運動的代表藝術家之一。作品涵蓋繪畫、攝影、多媒體、裝置、建築以及社會實踐等。

從2007年起,渠岩開始了雄心勃勃的「藝術推動鄉村復興」的計畫與實踐,一切傳奇的開端是從山西太行山的一個古村落許村開始,渠岩延續上世紀先哲知識份子下鄉的傳統,作為自願者長期深入許村,身體力行的護和修復傳統民居和建築,給許村注入新的文化元素,使許村逐漸恢復活力。通過幾年的努力,渠岩將許村建成了具有國際影響的國際藝術村及藝術家創作基地,並舉辦許村藝術節等藝術活動。2014年「許村計畫」入圍由美國《公共藝術批評》雜誌舉辦和評選的,2005年5月在紐西蘭奧克蘭大學頒獎的「第二屆國際公共藝術獎」。2015年6月結集《藝術鄉建:許村重塑啟示錄》,由東南大學出版社出版。

QU Yan

Founder, Xucun International Art Commune

QU Yan is a contemporary Chinese artist and also a representative of the 85 New Wave who has been devoted to the new art movement that advocate for ideological liberation and call for creative freedom since the 1980s. His artworks cover a wide range of medium, including painting, photograph, multi-media, installation, architecture and social practices. 

Since 2007, QU has started a project that aims at rejuvenating the ancient villages with the power of art. Xucun, a remote and backward village lying in the Taihang mountainous area in northern China’s Shanxi province, then become the starting point of this ambitious project. QU inherits the traditional spirit of the intellectuals that goes down to the countryside. He put a great effort in reconstructing the antique buildings and residences in Xucun. At the same time, new cultural elements are implanted and then reinvigorates this antique village without sacrificing its unique architectural styles and historical values. Xucun has become an influential international art village and also a creative base of artists that holds lots of art activities, like the well-known He Shun International Art Festival.

In addition, in 2014 the Xucun Plan has been shortlisted for the 2nd International Award for Public Art founded by Public Art Review (USA) and awarded in 2015 at the University of Auckland, New Zealand. His book Rebuild the Ancient Village with the Power of Art: A Revelation of Xucun Village was published in June 2015 by the Southeast University Press.
